This policy explains what the APPLIED UKEMI reader companion, operated by Ukemi Health Partners, collects and why.
What stays on your device
Reading progress and bookmarks are saved only in your own browser. We never receive them.
Reader accounts
If you create an account, we store your email address (or Google sign-in identity) so you can sign in. Your practice goals and session logs are private to you; administrators see only anonymous totals.
Community forum
Your display name, posts, and replies are visible to other signed-in members. Reports you file are seen only by moderators.
Ask APPLIED UKEMI
Questions you type are sent to an AI service to generate an answer. Conversations are not saved and disappear when you refresh. Please don’t enter personal health details.
Resource downloads
We count which PDFs are downloaded and when. These counts are not linked to you.
Interest form
The interest form is provided by our customer-relationship service. Information you submit there is handled under that service’s terms and used to contact you about Ukemi Health programs.
Your choices
- Delete practice sessions at any time from your tracker.
- Delete your own forum posts and replies at any time.
- Email us to delete your account and associated data.
We do not sell personal information.
